How do I place an order?
Click on the item you want followed by ”add to basket”. Click on “continue” if you wish to add more items. If you have only one item click “checkout” to start placing your order. If you have more than one item click “update” when you have finished adding your selection then click “checkout”. Next complete the required information and follow the steps to place an order.
How much does an item cost in non-AUD currency?
If you would like to know the total cost of any item click on the item followed by "add to basket" and then calculate the estimated shipping rate." This will give you the estimated total price of the item including shipping. Now that you have the estimated grand total price of the item in AUD currency, go to www.x-rates.com. Click on "currency calculator" and enter in the amount in AUD dollars and choose which currency you would like to convert to. This should give you the estimated current price of the item in the specified currency. The actual cost will be available only after you placed your order.
Can I request a made to order item?
No, made to order items are not available.
Can I order a different size or color?
No you can’t order a different size or color, since each item is individually handcrafted.
If my order does not work out, can I make either a return or an exchange?
All items sold are non-returnable nor exchanged.
What is your shipping time, and how far in advance do I need to order?
Shipping time varies throughout the year. Regular shipping takes 1-2 weeks to deliver. However, during festive seasons shipping time may take up to 5 weeks.
How do I get the status of my recently placed order?

If you ordered over the internet, you can contact us here.The easiest way for us to track your order is by giving us your reference order number. If you lost or do not have this number handy we will need other information such as the style number of the item, your first and last name or the email address which you gave us on the original order.
