We deliver Australia wide by Australian Post and Australian Express Post. Generally your order will take 2-4 business days for shipping between capital cities once payment has been received.
All items that can be purchased on Just In Case are held in stock, ready to ship once payment has been received.
Complete your order and payment before 3pm on a given business day for fastest dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL
We love connecting with people outside Australia, and send international orders via Air Mail, Express Post International or Express Courier International Merchandise. Air mail typically takes about 11 working days to most global commercial centres, depending on location. Express Post International and Express Courier International Merchandise typically take about 4-8 and 4-7 working days respectively depending on location. If no-one is home to receive your delivery, local postal guidelines apply.
All prices on the Just In Case website are in Australian dollars. The prices quoted DO NOT include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

If you get a message saying "there are no available delivery methods for your location", or you don't see your country in the countries list upon checkout, it means we don't currently ship to your country.
There may be a number of reasons we don't ship to a particular country, including customs restrictions, lack of delivery coverage by our carrier, or statistically high incidences of fraud.
If your country is not on the list, please contact us to request to have it added; we review all such requests on a case by case basis.
